A Gál Ferenc Egyetem Technikum, Szakképző Iskola, Gimnázium és Kollégium oktatóiként Vargáné Dömény Marianna és Király Gyuláné Erasmus + mobilitási pályázat keretében (Projektszám: 2025-1-HU01-KA121-ADU-000327862) szakmai látogatáson (job shadowing) vettünk részt Sepsiszentgyörgyön a Diakónia Keresztény Alapítvánnyal együttműködve.
Számos felnőttoktatást végző intézményt látogattunk meg, amelyek a felnőttkori tanulást is támogatják:
- Diakónia Keresztény Alapítvány – idősellátással foglalkozik
- Cigánymisszió - Diakónia Keresztény Alapítvány keretében működik
- Irisz-ház - fogyatékkal élők ellátására szakosodott intézmény
- Kanta Szakképző Központ (Kézdivásárhely).
Az ott szerzett tapasztalatokat az itthoni munkában is próbáljuk hasznosítani.
It's Never Too Late for Learning!
As teachers of Gál Ferenc University Technical and Vocational School, we, Marianna Vargáné Dömény and Gyuláné Király, participated in a job shadowing mobility in Sfântu Gheorghe (Sepsiszentgyörgy), Romania, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Project No. 2025-1-HU01-KA121-ADU-000327862. The mobility was organised in cooperation with the Diakónia Christian Foundation.
During our visit, we had the opportunity to observe the work of several institutions involved in adult education and lifelong learning, including:
- Diakónia Christian Foundation – providing care and support for older adults;
- Roma Mission – operating within the Diakónia Christian Foundation;
- Irisz House – a centre specialising in services for people with disabilities;
- Kanta Vocational Training Centre (Târgu Secuiesc/Kézdivásárhely).
The knowledge and good practices we gained during the mobility provide valuable inspiration for our everyday work, and we are committed to applying these experiences in our own educational practice.
