Élményekből tudás – beszámoltunk a romániai Erasmus+ KA121-ADU mobilitás eredményeiről

A tartalmas tanulmányút során oktatóink közvetlenül tanulmányozhatták a felnőttkori közösségi tanulás, a regionalitás, valamint a kulturális terek felnőttoktatási integrációjának helyi jógyakorlatait.

A tapasztalatok intézményi szintű megosztása fontos eleme Erasmus+ projektünknek, hiszen célunk, hogy a mobilitások eredményei ne csupán a résztvevő oktatók szakmai fejlődését szolgálják, hanem hosszú távon intézményünk teljes szakmai közössége számára is értéket teremtsenek.

From Experience to Knowledge – Sharing the Results of Our Erasmus+ Mobility in Romania

Following the successful completion of the mobility in Romania carried out under the Erasmus+ project 2024-1-HU01-KA121-ADU-000226796, our institution organised a professional dissemination event for its teachers and invited guests with the aim of sharing the experiences and good practices gained during the mobility.

During the dissemination session, we presented the host institutions, the educational methods observed, and the practices that could contribute to the further development of our institution's adult education activities.

Our professional delegation visited the Covasna County School Inspectorate and its partner organisations in Romania. During this valuable study visit, our teachers had the opportunity to explore first-hand local good practices in adult community learning, regional approaches to education, and the integration of cultural institutions into adult learning. Particularly inspiring were the community education and adult learning model programmes implemented by the Székely National Museum in Sfântu Gheorghe and the Bod Péter County Library.

Disseminating the knowledge and experience gained at the institutional level is a key component of our Erasmus+ project. Our objective is to ensure that the outcomes of the mobilities contribute not only to the professional development of the participating teachers but also create lasting value for the entire professional community of our institution.
